All orders placed on our website will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions globally. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information provided by customers.

4. Customs & Import Duties
